Where it runs

You choose where Awera runs, and your recorder always keeps the footage.

Three shapes of the same product. Encrypted either way, faces blurred if you choose, and only what needs a person ever moves.

The standard plan. The box on your site checks every frame and sends on only the moments that need a person, encrypted. Awera reads them and calls whoever is on duty. No setup cost. Enterprise, on your premises. Everything runs in your building: the clips, the recordings, the console, the rules. The one thing that leaves is a single call to a model provider, OpenAI, Gemini or Anthropic, to read one moment. Nothing is stored outside your walls. One-time setup cost. Enterprise, in your own cloud. We deploy and hand over the whole of Awera inside the cloud account you already run, so the infrastructure and the data sit under your own contracts and your own security review. One-time setup cost.

FAQ

The questions people ask before they start.

Do I need to buy new cameras?

No. Awera is built to work with the CCTV you already have — Hikvision, Dahua, CP Plus, Axis, Reolink, and effectively any RTSP or ONVIF camera on a standard NVR or DVR. Nothing to rip out, no rewiring.

Does my footage get uploaded to the cloud?

Not your footage. The Awera device is installed alongside your recorder and does the first check on site; your recorder keeps the continuous footage. When the device spots a moment that needs a proper look, it sends that clip only, encrypted, with faces blurred if you have chosen that, and you get the alert with the clip attached. It never streams your footage, so it doesn't eat your bandwidth.

How do the alerts reach me?

The moment something is flagged, you get a plain-English alert on WhatsApp or as a call, with the clip attached — so the right person can act instead of scrubbing footage later. You choose who gets which alerts.

Is there a web console, or is it phone only?

Both. The phone is for the moment something needs you: the alert, the clip, the call. The web console is for running the place: what the cameras counted today, whether the night round and the cleaning happened, what Awera did on its own, and a written summary of the day. Every screen works on a laptop at the desk and on the phone in a pocket.

Can several people and several sites share one account?

Yes. One account holds every site you run, and each person gets a role: a guard sees their gate, a manager sees their site, you see all of them side by side. Nobody sees footage they should not. Alerts go to whoever is on duty for that site, not to everyone.

Won't it constantly false-alarm?

It's designed to stay quiet when everything's normal and only speak up when something crosses a rule you care about. No vision system is perfect, so on critical events a person still makes the final call — and the rules are tuned to your site to keep the noise low.

What does it cost?

A simple recurring fee for your site, sized to your camera count — the on-site Awera device is included and there's nothing to buy up front, so it stays fair whether you run a small store or a camera-heavy campus. You get an exact quote for your site on day one of the trial, once we have checked every camera.

We show Awera running on a place like yours, map your top scenarios to the console, and give you an indicative price for your camera count. Then, if you want it, a 30-day trial on your own cameras.
