The on-site box is included and there is nothing to buy up front, so it stays fair whether you run a small store or a camera-heavy campus. You get an exact price for your site on day one of the trial, once every camera has been checked, and nothing to pay before the trial ends.

Does it replace my guards, or help them?

It helps them, and it changes what they do.

The box next to your recorder is what keeps your continuous footage off the internet, keeps bandwidth low, and keeps working when the connection is poor. It sends only the moments that need a look, encrypted, and those come back as the alerts, the search, the summaries, and the reports on your phone and browser. Can I run several sites in one account?

Yes.

A retail chain, a group of schools, or a management company with several communities can see every site in one place, with alerts routed to the right people at each. Each site has its own box, its own cameras, and its own rules, and access is set by role, so a site manager sees their site and a regional head sees all of them.

Adding a site later is the same process as the first one: set up on day one, try it for 30 days.

Can I search footage by asking a question?

Yes. "Everyone who came in after 10 p.m." "Show me the white van."

You ask in plain English and it takes you to the moments, instead of scrubbing hours of footage looking for the right minute. "Was the gate left open today?" is a question, not an evening.

Do I get a daily summary?

Yes. A highlights video of the day, and reports on the schedule you want.

A committee might want a weekly summary of gate events; a store manager might want yesterday's after-hours activity every morning. The summaries reflect the Automations and Routines you have set up, so a site with a Routine for guard rounds gets a report that says which rounds were done and which were not.

What reports can I pull for management, the committee, or an auditor?

A summary of events, the list of alerts and who acknowledged them, and the record of routine checks done and missed.

The highlights and the reports are configured for your site, and they change with the Automations and Routines you run. For a building that has to show a fire lane stayed clear or a safety rule was followed, that record is the evidence.

Can I add cameras or sites later?

Yes, at any time.

The fee is sized to your camera count, so adding cameras adjusts the fee and nothing else; the box and the rules carry on. A growing warehouse that opens a second floor adds the cameras, and the same rules apply to them. Adding a whole site is the same set-up-and-try process as the first.

How do I cancel, and what happens to my data?

Everything comes out, and you can delete all of your data.

The trial promise applies throughout. On cancellation you can delete your entire data, clips and events included, and your own cameras and recorder carry on exactly as they did before Awera arrived. Nothing about your existing setup was changed, so there is nothing to undo.
